One question for you if you don't mind - regarding the cover photo upload process, the toggle between desktop and mobile function is not displayed/available to me so I'm unable to adjust accordingly. The image I upload looks fine on desktop but not on mobile. Can you help me fix this please. Thank you.
Hey David,
You will need to test this by changing the the size and placements of the elements inside your cover image with Canva. Use your mobile phone and desktop to view if your new changes are responsive.

I was wondering if you know how to add this new page under "Business Accounts" in the Meta Business Suite? In the past I have accidentally lost access to a business page and I was the only business admin. I don't want this to happen to my new page. When I try to assign assets to myself, my new page isn't an option. My new page falls under "Your Account" rather than "Business Accounts". Any advice would be deeply appreciated!

A really great video, which explains the process precisely and clearly. Just one thing that would improve it is the movement of your hands, which spoilt my concentration as your hand movements kept popping up at the bottom of the screen!! It's a natural movement that some professional speakers will actually perfect to illustrate their words but in your video, the eye concentration of the viewer is on the screen not at the bottom of it.

Excellent video and easy to follow. It would be great, except I already have a "page" (not my personal profile) that I created years ago and now want to make it a business page (I don't want to start fresh or lose all my posts from over the years. So how do I convert this already active page to a business page? ( I am doing this so I can get reviews and recommendations on my page (and also read them). Thank you for any guidance you can give me.

Is the page already a business page? If so you can change the name. You cannot turn a personal profile into a business page.

Thanks for posting this video - it was very helpful. - It says on Facebook that you need to create a personal account before you begin but your personal profile is separate from your business profile - Do you know if that is by default or did you enable that at 10:47 to invite your friends?

You need a personal account in order to create a business page. Yes your account will be seperate. However, you will always have the option to invite your friends to like your page.

Great, informative and to the point video. Thank you. One thing though, I have tried on numerous occasions to design a profile picture and a cover page on Canva. As you've mentioned, it is simple and free (unpaid version) but unfortunately the designs are completely useless as they cannot be downloaded in high quality resolutions. The profile pictures and coverpages looks very fuzzy and poor when placed onto Facebook. No professional business would stand for that. Canva only allows high quality downloads through their paid plan (unfortunately)

@@StewartGauld Hi Stew. Thank you for your reply. To answer your question - yes, I've tried viewing from another account, but the results are unfortunately the same. The issue it seems with the quality of the images is immediate when you download them from Canva to your own computer - that is even before one download the images from your computer to Facebook. So, it seems it's just impossible to get the same quality images you have designed on Canva transferred / download to any other destination.
