The Williams Family
I saved heaps of money by doing my own frozen jacket potatoes! I buy a 5kgs bag of potatoes, pack the oven shelves with them and cook for an hour or so. Let them go cold then 'open' freeze them. Use in the same way as pre-packed, pre-frozen ones! Game changer!
wow you did great love aldi x
Love Aldi! We tend to drive to the one outside of where we live as it's huge and more space so you can actually think about what you are grabbing.
Family of 6 here: we tend to do one eve pasta based dish, pizza night on a Tues as kids have after school clubs etc, roast dinner or sausage, mash and Yorkshire puds, freezer meal one night etc.
My twins will have free school dinners next week when they go back to school so that helps alot towards the weekly shop we need (and can relax knowing they are having a variety of meals during the week)
Love your hauls, thank you x
Hi, just want to say a quick thank you for your helpful real videos, I feel you are just like me a real life down to earth mum, I live in Telford and have a big family like yourself, 4 step children and 4 of my own, 2 of which are with my amazing partner, my youngest is 7mnths old, and I look forward to your fab vids xxx
Favourite colour is baby blue :)
Love Aldi xx
Former tesco victim here 🖐️ when I switched over to aldi a year ago, I found that lidl actually does the best meat and nappies! Aldi for everything else, although watch out for the fruit, I do find it goes off slightly quicker 😭 saving so much more switching over though!! Just wish the cost of living wasn't increasing 🙄
I allow myself to shop at Tesco once a month and have a budget of £60 in there. You blink and it has gone. I am a huge fan of the club cards prices. I do my main shop in Asda now as my Aldi is too far away. I am getting the perks of the Asda rewards so fingers crossed I can save that for the big Easter shop when the children are off. Do you find your children eat more when they are not in school? ❤
Morrisons nappies r good xx
You in England have cheap food but expensive rent
It use to be cheap but food prices are going up 😞 our rent varies depending where you live, London is very expensive but other areas can be very cheap 😁
@@emmawill2014 they have idiotic excuse of Ukraine war and what is more interesting prices in that same Ukraine just like in Russia are (pretty) lower despite of war and sanctions and their choice of various merchandice and groceries in their stores even smaller ones are better then in lot of EU countries
It makes me laugh when people shop at Aldi and compare leading brands and say Aldi are better . You can’t compare Aldi to leading brands. Only shopped in Aldi once never again their meat and fruit are just awful
