Having always watched survival documentary on nat geo / discovery, never will I expect to hear this from a fellow Singapore man to go through such ordeal. Bless him, he made it.
why am i crying T.T so much love. I was once lost from my group during a night dive with my torchlights out. Before I knew it, I was up on the surface. It started to rain and there were ships faraway. TBH i didnt think that things could have gotten bad. Thankful

No sleep for four days? How did he do this while floating in water??? After 1 day of no sleep for me, I already can't think straight and start to become delirious. This guy is superhuman.
when youre desperate to survive anything is possible i guess and given his physqiue like he said hes a diver he probably keeps himself fit

it's so amazing that John managed to brave through the incident, came back a changed man but still not being afraid of the outdoor (like people would easily assume one would be after such incident)!!!

I don't understand. His boat ran out of petrol but he was burnt by the petrol mixed with saltwater?
When a vehicle runs out of petrol I don't think it's fully empty. It's just below a threshold, the motor can't pump it out to use. That residual may have poured out when it sank.
