@@Enm-.. Sadly no. My health has been going down hill for the past few months. I've been hospitalized quite often now. There seems to be no cure or medication for me. :( But thank xou for asking. Asmr has been like a sleeping pill for me ever since. It's the only thing that makes nights tolerable.
This series just makes me so tired all the time and I have trouble sleeping, the noises are just so sensational I love these videos so much, thank you for the enjoyment ❤

Try the toilet brush, but obviously a new one haha. I bought one recently and had to cut the brushes hair shorter because it didn't fit in the holder. Makes quite good sounds, but makes alot of mess and don't do it on a carpet
