- The last appearance of the leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Nnamdi Kanu for continuation of his trial for alleged treason, was like no other before. Kanu, who used the opportunity to speak about his continued detention, trial and health, boasted that he has the capacity to end insecurity in the South-East within two minutes, if he is freed. He said some officials are behind the insecurity in the region, because they are making money from the situation. Kanu added that those carrying out attacks in the South-East in the name of IPOB are criminals.
