You have to upgrade gun levels first as shown in the video to get high success rate. When the failed percent rate becomes 50% & less like @3:55 - 4:16 in the video, it's high chance to meet festival guide with shooting waterbomb instead of regular shooting water. If not, water tank will be empty (failed).
Which specific topic? The topics will complete when you try shooting water (which counts in finished shoot, successful shoot), meet friend & festival guide, use water badges, etc.

@@whoisekaii do you mean completed limited themes videos or events? I'm FTP player. So I don't use money on this game. You can complete the newly updated le themes with ncps or Dias packs during 1 week sale period like current TAEYONG gwando update. There's no specific guide to complete the theme cos droprate is all RNG.

I've tried the water bomb several times, and I always get greeted friends. I only get 2 times for the souvenir shop😢
I got the festival guide for 20 times without noticing. Aw man I'm such an idiot. That's why I'm still failing the event for the past 4 days 😅

The event is 3 weeks event & waterbomb points don't reset. So you can grind them in remaining 2 weeks.
