The Thermo Hog heats 2,000 lbs of thermoplastic in 10 minutes

During some training on the thermo hog we decided to do a melt rate test. The Thermo Hog is capable of heating 2,000 lbs of thermoplastic in 10 minutes.

Kettle doesn't look like it could hold but maybe 4000lbs. Not getting more than a 2 and a half or 3 mile pull of edge line on that. Maybe if you had 2 kettles per collar or at least a 6000lb capacity one.

Thanks! We don't necessarily lean towards a specific brand. We use several different brands in order to make sure the truck operates effectively no matter what. Our customers have various preferences so we want to make sure no matter what that preference is that we can facilitate.

anthony lewis yes. I believe these are 6,000 lbs kettles but we offer a few sizes. Did not bog agitator and didn’t effect the temp at all really once it got back up.
