In her statement, she mentioned something about seeing the JP and the CM hugging inside a office, and she closed the trying to let them know that someone saw them. This ultimately assumes that she was against the hug. 2. The sexual conversation emerged from the JP was slowly escalating, and the complainant seemed to not reprimand the JP of this sexual behavior. 3. The complainant/witness was concerned about the deleted messages by the JP in the conversation. As reasonable who does like a person who is texting, you will never be concerned about what he was trying to portray in deleted messages. 4. The complainant/witness did not take any initiatives to ensure that the JP understands that she is not fond of the conversation at hand. According to the above points, my general view is that this does not constitute to Harrassment, rather unprofessionalism and unethical behavior between colleagues. I take this view because one of the elements of Harrassment is that the person being Harrassed must make it clear to the respondent that the behavior is unacceptable. Then if the respondent still continue with the undesirable behavior. That is Harrassment.

There is no irrelevant or unfair question(s) imposed by respondent"s counsel. Hence they cannot protect her. She must answer questions as they are put to her. The ommitted text messages and her frequent concession paint a very bad picture about her credibility.

Senior legal gurus seem to be too old fashioned not realising that they have to uphold the law including those related to sexual harassment. JP was bullying the young girl and get knew that as long as she needed the job she'll tolerate the bullying.
