I agree.... Only a child born to legal citizens should be born as a citizens. You should not be able to just get pregnant come to America and have the child here and then get to stay yourself because the child was born here.... This loophole should be removed.

All loopholes around giving birth should be abolished across the fucking board
Because you can easily just interchange a couple words in your paragraph to completely disprove why we need abortion in general
I think any child **created** outside of wedlock should require both parents to confirm an abortion
When you think about it it's really no different than what you said

Many dairy workers come here from Mexico legally with prearrangement to work on farms, orchards, dairy farms etc, they leave when their jobs are finished. You do not have to reside illegally in the US to work.

    • @FloridaGirl-
      @FloridaGirl- 2 місяці тому

      That’s right.
And all these illegals are not out in the field picking crops.
The Migrant and Seasonal Agricultural Worker Protection Act (MSPA) protects migrant and seasonal agricultural workers. (They are not “illegals”, they are legit “migrant seasonal workers, with an approved H2-A. Many come back yearly “seasonally”)
How long can H-2A workers stay?
Generally, US. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) grants H-2A classification for 10 months or less, at which time the worker RETURNS to his or her home country. If the employer would like the worker to return for work the following year, the employer can request that USCIS renew the visa.
When did the H-2A visa program start?
1952. The Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) of 1952 authorized a nonimmigrant visa category, known as H-2, permitting the recruitment of foreign farmworkers to the United States on a temporary basis.
Most people are unaware of this. They should do some research. Illegals are not the same thing

In 1880, the Hayes Administration appointed U.S. diplomat James B. Angell to negotiate a new treaty with China. The resulting Angell Treaty permitted the United States to restrict, but not completely prohibit, Chinese immigration. In 1882, Congress passed the Chinese Exclusion Act, which, per the terms of the Angell Treaty, suspended the immigration of Chinese laborers (skilled or unskilled) for a period of 10 years. The Act also required every Chinese person traveling in or out of the country to carry a certificate identifying his or her status as a laborer, scholar, diplomat, or merchant. The 1882 Act was the first in American history to place broad restrictions on immigration.

I genuinely want to ask this kid what kind of corruption he thinks is causing people not to be able to get their visas to enter the US legally? I’m pretty sure there isn’t because people come to the US legally, all the damn time. Pay the fees, fill in the forms and wait in line like everyone else.
And also, the “American Dream” is exactly that, for Americans.

Again I ABSOLUTELY LOVE how Charlie Kirk DESTROYS THESE PEOPLE THAT BELIEVE IN ILLEGAL ALIENS FIRST AND AMERICA LAST. I fully agree with Charlie Kirk when he said that these Illegal Aliens needing to go fight for their Country to be better. That is exactly what our fore Fathers did by fighting for our independence from England.

Thank you Charlie for pointing out that Irish people immigrated LEGALLY around the world. it drives me mad how turn coats Irish in Ireland here today scream how open borders we should allow as we ourselves have the history of immigration n around the world . we did it legally they (Irish government) are allowing illegal's immigrants and economic immigration into Ireland just like America which is now ruining most of Europe .
Annie Moore first Irish legal immigrant left where I'm from port of Cork and first legal immigrant to step onto Eilis island

It’s crazy how there are no liberal/democrats on college campuses advocating for open borders debating conservative/republicans.

If my Czech grandparents could emigrate here, circa 1910, following the legal requirements, and traveling halfway around the world to get here, why can those who are Illegally crossing our borders not do the same?
There are Reasons that Legal immigrants must meet certain criteria!!!

I am having a really hard time understanding why people are even questioning why American citizens should come first???? Why is this even a thought??? Helping should come after you help your own... am I wrong to think this is logical ????

To the point of birthright citizenship, my understanding is that if the child born in the US has no citizenship from their parent's country, then the US law is to grant them a US citizenship. However, most countries do grant citizenships to children born outside the country so this would be a misapplication of the law. I don't think the intention was for the child to have 2 citizenships.
