  • Beat the summer heat with our refreshing and tangy Keri Ka Sharabat! This traditional Indian raw mango drink is perfect for cooling down on hot days. Follow this easy recipe to make a delicious and hydrating sharbat that will leave you and your family wanting more.
    Ingredients:
    2 raw mangoes (keri)
    1 cup sugar
    4 cups water
    1/2 tsp black salt
    1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
    Fresh mint leaves (for garnish)
    Ice cubes (optional)
    Prepare the Mango Pulp:
    Wash the raw mangoes thoroughly and peel them.
    Cut the mangoes into small pieces and discard the seeds.
    Boil the mango pieces in 2 cups of water until they become soft and tender.
    Make the Sharbat Base:
    Once the mango pieces are cooked, let them cool down.
    Blend the mango pieces into a smooth pulp using a blender.
    In a large mixing bowl, add the mango pulp, sugar, black salt, and roasted cumin powder.
    Mix well until the sugar dissolves completely.
    Dilute the Sharbat:
    Add the remaining 2 cups of water to the mixture and stir well.
    Adjust the consistency of the sharbat by adding more water if needed.
    Serving the Sharbat:
    Pour the Keri Ka Sharbat into glasses.
    Add ice cubes if desired for an extra chill.
    Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
