The word is “incomparable .” May I suggest that you look up the word before making a fool of yourself across the internet?

And that night she was singing with a cold, yet she pushed through and sang on. This is a marvelous interpretation, even against or because of the odds. And still, at the end, just for a moment she signals to Rescigno that she wasn't pleased with her performance. That quick glance aside to him. . .and then she turns to the audience and continues the performance, even in her response to the audience. A great singer, a great actor, and a consummate artist. Even today, so many years later, we still pore over the recordings and the tragically few films, wishing her with us still.

I believe this is the concert she wanted to cancel due to having a cold, Yes, and knowing she wouldn't be able to sing as well as she wanted to - but they wouldn't let her cancel so she sang, beautifully but had to avoid a few high notes which she wasn't happy with!!

I think the head shake was acknowledging she did not go for the high C - like she just didn't feel it. In the next Macbeth aria she cracked on a run up to a high C. But yes all in all it is still a marvelous performance and interpretation. Such refinement and drama she brought

I feel that the gesture/the disapproving nod to Rascigno was a reprimand to him for increasing the tempo toward the end of the aria, perhaps, even increasing the volume of the orchestra. Callas always knew what she was doing, she was always the mistress of the moment while on stage. I don’t think she would make any gesture that would reflected negatively on her performance. She knew the concert was being filmed. No, she was reprimanding Rescigno!

In an article in Opera News in 2018 called "Profound Gesture," Alastair Macaulay wrote, "Although Callas’s instincts were all to do with projection in large-scale theaters, her several televised concerts show one of the most uncanny features of her acting. She enters as La Callas, acknowledging the applause. Then, as she prepares to sing, her facial features change. Their very muscles realign. We see her shift gears to become Imogene or Rosina or Carmen."
In this concert, this eerie ability of hers was in full display. Standing in the same spot, in the same outfit, she looks like a different for each aria. As the music starts, she suddenly transforms: As Giulia, she's all tormented love. As Lady Macbeth, she literally looks like a snake as she begins "Vieni T'affreta." As Rosina, she looks like a flirtatious teenager; as Elizabeth de Valois, she's all agony and queenly dignity. And then as Imogene, she suddenly looks younger, softer, and her eyes are eerily empty until the oboe beings to play its elegiac melody. It's fascinating to watch. She creates more drama and atmosphere alone than other singers can do with a huge production and sets and costumes.
This concert also shows why Callas was the greatest operatic actress: she understood instinctively that once you being to sing a thought or emotion, you have entered a different plane of existence where "realistic" gestures no longer fit or make sense. Her movements and her gestures often remind me of a very slow moving ballet where everything is coordinated with the music and the libretto. Nothing she does is realistic, but in the plane of existence she creates, it's absolutely real. One magical moment in this first aria comes at 7:30 as the hand that was raised upward in horror of the lightning awaiting to strike her slowly melts into a caress as she begins to think of her lover Licinio awaiting her.
I don't think what Callas does is something you can teach or imitate. It was something that came from deep inside her, something that even she herself could never fully understand or explain.
