Receiving faulty products from a manufacturer - day in the life of a small business owner UK

I thought I’d take you along for a productive day in the life! I focus on ordering new stickers, my new washi tapes arrive, I unpack colourful new packaging and I pack some of your orders from my huge clearance sale. A new product unboxing always makes me nervous, and this time the nerves were unfortunately justified as the new products are faulty! This was really disheartening, but I tackled it head on and contacted my manufacturer with the details in the hopes that we can sort this out before StationeryFest!
