Britney, it's not necessary. You wouldn't walk up to a woman that you don't know and personally tell her that you don't like her eyebrows, so don't comment. Unless you'd be happy if random strangers came up to you to tell you that your hair colour doesn't match your face, or that you look a bit chunky. Negativity is so unnecessary, whether you meant 'no hate' or not!
