If The button is not working you can't do anything. Replace the controller. Or check some settings with higher range and differential to on and off the compressor.

When P1 set to ...1 ....nd P3 set to 0°
Tem will go to the 0° compressor on ...but when temperature go to the ....1° .. compressor will off ........how i can increase the tem on and off time of compressor.....please explain sir

We can't confirm the issue from here. You have to ask a local engineer to check it. Might Gas in your compressor exhausted....
