This is one of the most wonderful pieces to be recently composed for flute/viola/harp trios and my trio, Beau Soir Ensemble cannot wait to have the privilege of performing this piece. Thank you Miguel for such an exciting piece!
The Hat Trick performers names are credited on the video and here on the information section. In case you are wondering who these three amazing musicians are: April Clayton, flute - Kristi Shade, harp - David Wallace, viola
Such a moving, visual interpretation of Storni’s Yo en el Fondo del Mar. From the Andean dances to the harp’s interpretative undersea world of dancing light, swirling seagrass, and the passing of time while she holds her breath, this piece masterfully brings to life her beautiful and ultimately tragic adoration of the sea. Amazing!
Dear Maestro, I just returned from a concert in Casey, a suburbian town an hour from Melb. This sublime piece was performed by Chrysalis Trio alongside Debussy, Ravel and Rameau's-. The trio did justice to your piece to the delight of all the audience,-an enchanting evening. I have no doubt the trio will make its mark in Australia and later abroad. I knew Katie Yap the violist and met her two colleagues. They were all so surprised I knew you. How small is the music world. With my utmost esteem and sincerest wishes. Saludos!

Writing pieces ~9 minutes long seems difficult. I have written up to 5-6 minutes of music before, so it should be fine right?
yes
