    I find Spanish Cuisines one of the best in the world and that is one of the reasons that made Filipino Cuisine unique and good.

    Hindi naman chorizo de Bilbao (Spanish chorizo) yung nilagay nya eh, chorizong macao (Chinese chorizo) yong inilagay nya. Magkaiba ng lasa ang chorizo de Bilbao at Chinese chorizo pero dapat talaga chorizo de Bilbao ang inilalagay sa callos.

    @ 3:43min. ganda naman ni ate yung nag taste ng food, parang si angel locsin. 😍
    callos de baca was indeed very delicious!! Haha

    Zamboanga City really takes pride of its multi-cultural influences from local Filipino, and from Chinese, Japanese, Indonesian, Malaysian, Middle Eastern, American and it's very Hispanic influences .......... thanks po for featuring our city and our cuisine...

    paborito ko lutuin yan callos pero walang pata ng baka.try ko lutuin yan ganyang mayroon pata.tingin pa lang masarap na at lalo maganda din ang nagluto

    Msarap parin litson jan ilapag mo sa lamisa habang madami muslim..
