It's great that you mentioned OCM as the surprise at the end. I was watching and wondering why you hadn't mentioned that. It's definitely one of the top emerging topics that I think organizations are finally giving some focus on and understanding the importance it brings to any type of new implementation.
Thank you for the great insight. As a startup that provides business apps and solutions I am still able to figure out the technology trends we can still pull off and we we are actually observing some already. While technologies like AI/ big data require greater funds and bigger company image to attract appropriate customers. But we are still working in house to keep update to date and master new skills, so we are ready to perform when we reach there. Thanks again Eric for sharing valuable information.
Really seems like you have no idea what you're talking about, man. You don't even explain what half the emerging technologies are or why they'll be useful, just that they are a thing that exists.
I disagree. This is a concise rundown of the top technology trends of the 2020s, which is shown by the investor appetite for (as an example): Bitcoin (blockchain), Amazon (cloud computing), Tesla (AI & machine learning), Palantir (big data & analytics), ServiceNow (customer experience). Useful information in hindsight...

Thank you for the feedback and sorry this one doesn’t hit the mark in what you expected to see!
