The CEC sahab is saying that the new districts in Leh should be marked out within Leh, and the new districts in Kargil should be marked out within Kargil, with no part of Kargil being allocated to Leh and vice versa. However, I want to ask about the people of the Aryan Valley, who are spread across both districts. They want to be united under one administrative district, whether it be Leh, Kargil, or Sham. What do you think-should they be unified or remain separate as they are now?
Either you have to get additional district or to accept demarcation from sham to prevent concentrating all population into kargil district for future development and opportunities as district is the base of planing and develop and opportunities
