"Jääkärimarssi" is a Finnish march by Jean Silbelius, composed in 1917. The words were written by Finnish Jaeger Heikki Nurimo who fought alongside the German Empire against the Russian Empire. The march is still a widely used one by the Finnish Armed Forces as a march of the struggle for independence.

It's the flag of the air force, not related to the German use of the symbol either. :)

The Finns used it long before you know who did and ruin it's original meaning

Probably from the Air Force. Back in the early days of Finnish independence (after the Finnish White Guards defeats the Reds), Finland was in a very short supply of both aircraft and their pilots, and most of their aircraft are donations from individual Swedish citizens. One of the most notable donators, Count Carl Gustaf Bloomfield Eric von Rosen, painted his personal good luck symbol, a blue swastika, on a Thulin-D (licensed MoS-3) he donated. The white circle was "added" when the Finns painted over a Thulin Air Academy ads on the plane. This symbol, a blue swastika in a white circle, became the official insignia of the Finnish Air Force in 18 March 1918, after an order by the Regent of Finland at the time, Baron Carl Gustaf Emil Mannerheim.
