Hey Zanna, just wanted to say that I think your brand launch is both inspiring and impressive. It is amazing to see how much care, detail and thought has gone into making every element sustainable whilst also producing something beautiful. I love that you used a variety of models that truly showed what women look like in all our shapes and forms. I’m plant based too so you’ve also inspired me to try some new whole foods recipes and I’m for sure going to be hitting up the vegan treats place. Maybe you could do a vegan brands/foods favourites video? You could include breakfast, lunch and dinner products. It can be really time consuming to be plant-based so this would be super helpful to have some good products suggested by someone trustworthy.

So pleased for you with the launching of Stay Wild! They look such great quality. Keep the recipe ideas coming they are really inspiring, and although there are many recipes out there I think you give us that encouragement we need to make some healthy food so thank you for that. Another super vlog. Hubby and I live in Cornwall. This weekend (despite weather!) we are both battling through laying membrane down in the garden and washing very muddy pebbles to go back on top. A very mundane job I know but we are near the end of it. We certainly appreciate going back indoors after! 🦋

Already monday, however I have the most wholesome weekend in a loonnng time! :) Went on a walk with my friends, baked cookies for little valentine packets that I have door deliver to my fav peeps and hang out my family and 2 doggos.

Hello from Gatineau, Quebec, Canada. I love your vlog and charming British accent!! We are still in confinement with a 8pm curfew and the temperature felt like -30 when I went grocery shopping this morning...so much better cooconing with our 2 cats in front of the fireplace. Tomorrow is time for cooking nutritious comforting meals for my mom. I'll surprise her with them on her birthday Tuesday. Won't see her but I'll know she is safe and has a bit of me with her. Stay safe and healthy as well !!

Hi there! Checking in from the Netherlands! We have had an icy weekend so lots of people skating. I however have no ice skates so I just walked on the ice and did some hiking through the thick snow. And we had a dinner at home from 1 of our fav restaurants. Plans for upcoming weekend: I don't know yet but they say it is going to be super warm in comparison to last weekend (then it was -12 and now it can warm up to 18 degrees) so perhaps sit in the garden and catch some sunshine! I really enjoyed your video, it was fun tagging along your day.

It's cold and grey in Austin Texas. A couple of days ago, there was some ice - eeek ! Expecting more snow and ice later this weekend and into early next week. Staying cozy and warm for now. It should be over by next weekend. My workouts with Camp Gladiator often combine dumbbells and HIIT. You might enjoy some of their workouts. I've been doing their virtual workouts since lockdown measures began last March. My boyfriend and I are pescetarian/flexitarian. We do like vegan meat substitutes sometimes ; they come in handy for some recipes but we try not to rely on them too much.

I am in Australia, Queensland (Sunny State). We are fortunate enough to have a "normal" life here and very grateful for that, but feeling for other countries who are still struggling. This weekend we met up with friends for lunch, had a walk by the waterfront and today I went to Yoga and have been getting ready for the working week ahead.

I'm studying for my Fine Art PhD this weekend and going to the local farm shop to stock up one loads of fresh fruit and veg! I've eaten all the apples and its really making my fruit bowl sad ahah!

Hello from British Columbia, Canada 🇨🇦! Covid-19 restrictions have been extended here at least until the end of February (no social gatherings other than with those people in your immediate household, no non essential travel to different regions within BC). My husband and I will probably try and get out for a walk or two around the small town we live in (even though it’s -15 degrees C here today!) and planning to cook a nice din for vday tomorrow!!

what is your take on protein bars? are they ok for someone who is trying to lose weight?
They're ok but tend to be highly processed so I have them on occasion, not regularly!
I don't eat the meat subs, but love tofu and some tempeh. Too many beans are hard for me to digest though. I can do some hummus and small amount of beans. Do you think your digestion will get used to eating more beans? I wish mine would, since beans are so good for health.
Yes your digestion does get used to it, now a week later we aren't reacting to the increased legumes!
For STAYWILD!! I know you have two styles what are support like for both? Which one is better if you have a bigger bust?
I would say the Ria bra gives me more support personally due to the underband!

It's a long weekend here in Canada- Monday is Family Day! So this weekend we will essentially be doing what we've been doing since November and stay home or go for a walk- but we get an extra day off!
