What's for Dinner I Thai Green Curry using a Cook in Sauce I

Thai Green Curry using a cook in sauce, that's whats for dinner. Decided to try this sauce because (1) they didn't have my favourite (2) the Pick n Pay one was on mark-down. Was the first time I used it but I'm just as excited.
I am making my curry using some cubed Pork Belly because pork belly is everything. I am adding some extra coconut cream to mine. All in all I cooked the pork for 45 mins and it became so tender.
The curry turns out amazing, was still spicy but Jay will live.......
So now I have to options to choose from when buying the Thai Green Curry Sauce, sweet. Add this to your Meal plan, it's a winner. Thank you for tuning in, see you next time.

Hi Gillian, this range of sauces were expiring at the end of December and January. They say they had a lot of them at clearances prices through out the country. They are not sure if they will be re-packaged.
