    Exactly, Soke Inoue Yoshimi and Mr. Alessandro Timmi,
    Standard breathing is very important and it is practiced with the upper, maximum the medium parts of lungs. Often termed as shallow breathing.
    Full oe r here the "Emergency breathing makes use of the diaphragm tknown as the abodominal breathing, -like through navel, which is introduced by conscious breathin out, -pulling our navel in, and is followed by releasing our abdominal muscles, which then activates breathing-in uncounciously, thus giving some extra energy to our next move performed at a high pace.
    R.I.P Soke Yoshimi, and may God accept him as an insturctor for guarding angels. Paul, 67, retired instructor.

    Thank you! There's nothing that compares to his training. I watch his videos weekly and still find new things to learn, from body movement to breathing, etc. Thank you very much

    Amazing video and fantastic class, lucky who was there. A note, here the master is referring to Ki (Chinese Qi) and relation to the breathing techniques. The relation could be hard to catch for who’s not familiar with internal power development systems. Easy here is mistake the “emergency breathing” as something similar to western boxing. Is entirely another thing, another kind of power too.

      I dont pratice Karate...i practice aikifo and kempo...i think imo the master is teaching about ki, relaxation, extending your breath and the explosion of power launching of a strike....love this sensei...osh

    The sensei is teaching a subtle point that during the transition from a slow movement to a rapid one, how to manage the breathing. He's asking the woman to show two breathing patterns, one stops early at the throat and the next deeper down, to see the difference. But she didn't quite get what he wants.

    I am curious what this guy can do with his strikes???? For some reason I'd suspect he'd hurt a fellow. I may have seen others just as good or better, but looking at this, it looks like he is the best I have seen yet.

    I Don't understand the language is he saying breath out when blocking.

    • @davidacobb1
      @davidacobb1 4 роки тому +7

      I think he was saying, rather than forced breathing, in and or out, just breathe naturally and stay relaxed. A lot of us focus on the breathe in when contracting, breathe out when expanding(striking, blocking or kicking etc.), and he seemed to say that actually makes for slower and less perfect technique. He also said, reserve the abdominal breathing for emergencies, or only when you're tired and fatigued.

    最近、私は空手よりもピストルを好みます。 殺害は簡単で、私の体はほとんどダメージを受けません。私の好みのポイントは、敵に私や私の体を傷つける機会をゼロにすることです。 敵は紛争を引き起こすことを選択しました。 私はそれをできるだけ早く終わらせます(強打)。

      Might be difficult, considering that he passed away in 2015.
      The superior alternate would be for the Italian translator to have learned Japanese, so that there was only one language translation before reaching the audience.
