- Malamaal Weekly is a 2006 Indian Hindi-language black comedy film directed by Priyadarshan.
The film is about a group of people in a small town who come up with a plan to make money by cheating people. However, their plan backfires and they end up losing all their money.
The film was released on 17 November 2006. It was a commercial success and was declared "Hit" by Box Office India.
The film was remade in Telugu as "Poola Rangadu" (2013) and in Tamil as "Thuppakki Munai" (2018).

so many good films from that time period, Hungama, Chup Chup Ke, Dhol, Phir Hera Pheri, Hulchul, Dhamaal.. that was such a great time.. You would open up TV channels on Weekends and such movies were playing all day long, mom dad brothers sister all sat together and enjoyed.. I miss those days.
