I would like to see you cook dishes with less butter and dishes that are lower in calorie and not so much deep fried foods. Then I might be able to try your dishes. I’m thinking too your daughters would benefit from this nutritionalally.

this looks amazing! to use up some of those chives, i like making cream cheese rangoons with chives instead of green onions most of the time. add some garlic salt to the mix and fill in some wontons, fry them up and it's good to go!
