I.A will not be any issue. Its just half a Km probably from Expressway. No issue at all

Thanks for appericiation. While travelling on Murree Expressway to Murree, it is on about half a Km just before Lower Topa. The Sign Board is quite visible. Also one can use Google map. The access is very easy and simple.

Well. Hospitality prices also gone up during theast 5 years. It is expensive but overall it's due to the fact that Costs of doing business in Pakistan has gone up. Utilities Bills, property rates, transportation and labor all gone up.
