My first Mulloway was in 1967 on my 14th birthday at the Perth Flying Squadron, inside the outer jetty on a handline. 41lbs! Nice birthday present! Also on Tailor strip! Well done!

If you live in Perth there is a spot in front of the sea scouts building in East Freo, about 30 or so metres from shore in line with the old boat ramp is a deep hole. Large skippy and small pink snapper.

Out of the water to long
We limited the time out of the water and it swam off strongly . If we were that concerned about the fishes welfare we probably wouldn't put a hook in its mouth.Thanks for the comment
