To all maids and caretakers, just because you were born less fortunate does not mean you are less worthy than others. Whoever treats you like you are less than them, is inhumane and know that you are better than them. At the end of the day, you have a kinder and more pure soul. I don't know what else to tell you except to be patient.
Am Arab...Subhannallah i came to realise even maids do get hurt. They can't show but cry on their own rooms when treated poorly. They have brains , there is no need of shouting ; just balance and never make her feel worthless.Always keep up good words which makes her happy and keep on working hard. The Best way to anyone work hard is appreciating the work done.If wrongly done train her.PLEASE LIKE IF MY WORDS ARE TRUE !
i went in arab country 4yrs ago, i can say im lucky because my madam, and the whole family treated me good, i still missed them and im so thankful hope more employers have a good heart like mine b4.
When I saw this film,,, I recall my late lady employer,,, she's a kind and good person to me...may God bless her family as a whole...even sometimes I encountered many problems on her house,,,but because of she's sick and I know she's madly need me as her private nurse/maid ,,, I never leave in there family because I love my late lady employer,,,I treated her like my grandmother,,, Mama Rayhanna,,, I will never forget you,,,I love you so much,,,also to my first employer Mama Jamila...I still believe that not all Arab people was bad... there is always a good in there heart...alhamdulillah...
I am an Emirati, but I swear that I treat my maid with the best treatment and consider her like my sister, and when we travel to a country we take her with us.
Can't hold my tears while watching this!😢😢😢 Just treat us human being, where not an operating machine!!! Treat us good and we will treat you good as you wanted!
Wow... The story touched my heart... But i like what madam fatima tell to mariam the last part (But next time I'm coming with you I won't leave you) 😭😭😭... Im also proud like Mariam us a housemaid also...
Oh this film got me crying! anyways I want to share a story. Well, I was two years old when my mom went abroad to support me financially, since we are indebted because my father met an untimely death. I have a faint memory of my mom going abroad. I was left under the care of my aunts and I grew up always wondering what its like to have a mom. There was no facebook or other means I could communicate with my mom before so I spent 3 years without having the opportunity to hear her voice. When she finally went home she told me stories about her employers children, and I could see the way she describes them the love and care she gave them. At that moment I feel envious, the love and care I was longing for was given to other people and not to me. I know those sacrificed things are being recompensed, implies that my emotional needs are being paid so I can provide for my physical ones, I was flooded with these thoughts I didn't understand why, but now I do. An arab might see a filipina in their home and he will see her for being just a maid but the filipina will put herself into more than just being a maid. She will be a mother to children, if those children need a mother. She will be a sister or a daughter to her employer if need be. What being paid is the work she does but as for the sincerety she shows, it is wholeheartedly given. My mother was a maid and Alhamdullilah she was brought into a kind-hearted employer. Someday I hope to meet them and say Jazakallahu Khayran for they contributed into shaping me as a person. Barakallahu feek to everyone 💕💕!
xpalefectx May Allah Azzawajal grant you barakah, you are a blessing to every stuggling maids just like my mother. And I would like you to know the great help you bring to children like I was and how we remember the act of kindness perhaps even in our grave. May you continue such praiseworthy act ma'am Jazakallahu Khayran, and if you happen to be in some part Saudi Arabia I hope you know the person I am looking for.
Wow. This hit me hard. I just learnt a new perspective and I pray Allah rewards your mother immensely and yourself for your patience. She may have been a maid but in reality her ranks are truly high InshaAllah for being a mother and paying a huge sacrifice in being one.
Maids are human too, they should be treated with dignity and respect. Make them part of your family and feed them at the family table. Its sad to know that this happens in reality.
Honestly, i seen a many maids here are threatened by their employer.. this one is lucky than what i see in front of my eyes ,,some maid here are often don't given them their salary... i just don't understand why some or maybe most Arab here are so bad maybe bcuz they never felt how to be hungry, poor and lost of love ones that they even see at their last moments,..Allah taalah created us equally and we are all his servants... al muslimu man salimal muslimeena minlisanihi wayadihi, Allah only see the heart and not the appearance of everyone...
You have a wonderful soul...im from Philippines and supposedly I am going to Saudi Arabia to work as a housemaid. But because of so many news about domestic helper being abused and treated like animals in middle east I refused and I paid the agency.Id rather stay poor but happy with my family than to ne treated like a less human. They said that Arabian people are very mean.only few were good..very sad😭
My grandma has one, istg I always feel guilty but we do treat her as good as we can. Sometimes we buy her ice cream, give her breaks. My mum cuz we live in australia it’s not a norm to have maids so my mum always loves to give her gifts and money! Usually the maid is happy to always see us, I hope she truely means it. Because I truely can’t believe maids go everyday working.
It’s good cause in the end they realize Her maid miss her family if you feel her that she’s free they will not run away !!!!and treat them will as your family members she live and stay for a long time but if you are controlling your housemaid definitely she will escape and find away to get of house so treat the housemaid as a human part of part of your family Not a slave show them with love care each other and most of respect We all know that mostly but not at all in Arab country they use to scream and shout but every Filipino maid don’t like that they use be humble
This video gave me goosebumps..i mean why are we spreading a bad image about us as Arabs??? Whenever a new helper comes to our house from her country I do my best to make them feel welcome even sometimes I make fun of my self just to make them smile..and when I see how others treat their helpers badly it just breaks my heart..cuz I don't want people from other countries to feel that Arabs are illiterate and have minds made of concrete. Am sorry to all those maids who have been mistreated in Arab countries and I hope that they know not all Arabs are bad😔🥀
Dear most of the Arabs treat their housemaids in this way only just because no Arabs can live without kaddama, and this housemaids have their own financial issues so only works under this Arabs as housemaids. few Arabs used to beat them, don't give food, mistreat them, they also use them physically and torture mentally.. few Arabs says maafi shugul ,maafi fuloos...few are good and few are very very bad... That's why these housemaids runaway ..housemaid they work for less salary ,not even extra money Arabs will pay them.....most of them are illiterate..
Treat your maid with respect and dignity. They're humans too. If you treat them well, they will be happy. If they're happy, God will bless you and you and your family will be happy too.
This is only drama...but this happen in real.....I hope all the employers give them love coz it's not easy to work everything in ur house..give them off 1 a week...
Hai , im one of house maid in Dubai , my Madam sometimes treat me like robot , work 24 hours with salary just only 800 dirham.. Im so sad , but how can i do
This movie made me extremely sad. Because my grandma has a maid and I can’t imagine treating a maid harshly. At all!!! It just is too uncomforting!! Gladly though we like to treat the maid with respect, and care. Sometimes issues can happen and misunderstandings between my grandparents and the maid (pardon me I forgot her name cuz she switches). Anyway, usually we do try to be lenient and caring to the maid as we don’t want to see them depressed and unhappy. I’m sure the maid isn’t happy but we try as much as we can. Like this one time my grandfather bought her a new phone and let her select whatever one she wanted! :) And also when there’s weddings and stuff the maid always is invited to come too! We cant leave her behind like that! My mum usually likes to help the maid out as much as she can cuz it’s not common in australia where I live to have maids unlike in the UAE 🇦🇪. So sometimes my mum buys her ice cream, gives her money, or lets her have extra breaks too. So far, the maid has been mainly happy most of the time my grandma has had her. Everytime we visit, the maid always likes to enjoy time with my sisters. And when we leave she’s always sad to see us go. And whenever we’re calling grandma she always likes to chat with us too. That’s what I reckon is right! Treat your maids like you would like to be treated. Because in the end they’re spending EVERY DAMN DAY working. They deserve lots better!

@@elviemaroa1760 In the Gulf in Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE , Saudi and Oman There are some Gulf kaliji people of African descent, especially from East Africa, specifically ZANJII BAR / Tanzania Therefore, these Gulf citizens of African descent can not any body be treated tem with racism because of their citizenship If you have Kuwaiti, Bahraini, Qatari and UAE nationality they will respect you or the Laws force them to respect you and about me I consider most people in the Arab countries are not real Muslims + all secular Arab constitutions + 99% of secular laws + evil nasty governments In Islam does not distinguish between colors There was a great companion is Bilal Habashi was a Companions of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him Bilal al-Habashi was an African and was a 100% free Muslim and a good example of freedom But discrimination based on good behavior and good speech = clean mouth + the validity of Islamic doctrine For example, you can find African Muslims better than Arab Muslims and you can find Arab Muslims better than African Muslims and can find alot of Africans and Arabs who are Muslims just by name and in fact are not real Muslims = Fake muslims

I always ask my self ,why do they pray 5 times a day yet they behave badly to the maid. We work like donkeys or machines in their homes they don't want to know as we are slaves. But God is seeing everything
I'm working in Saudi Arabia i can witness that they are not same God will help all of us🙏 don't say anything bad about any country please we are all human being we can't be the same.
I can't hold my tears coz it still happened to me in Saudi Arabia I was taking care of an old woman whom I normally called her mama but time came when she was admitted I stayed with her in the hospital for almost two months u suddenly she passed away 😭😭but her elder daughter mistreated me to the extend that she took all my stuffs all my money and she made me sign for unpaid salary 😭😭she instead pet boxes of data in my bag for mi to think that my clothes 😭😭I swear upon Allah yet his brother is the one who bought mi airtick I reached to my country without any coin 😭😭😭yet I have been working but I thank God am still alive 🙏🏾🙏🏾.

God bless you too🙏🙏
some kuwaitis are Africans and not all Kuwaitis are real Arabs
@@elviemaroa1760
In the Gulf in Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, UAE , Saudi and Oman
There are some Gulf kaliji people of African descent, especially from East Africa, specifically ZANJII BAR / Tanzania
Therefore, these Gulf citizens of African descent can not any body be treated tem with racism because of their citizenship
If you have Kuwaiti, Bahraini, Qatari and UAE nationality they will respect you or the Laws force them to respect you
and about me
I consider most people in the Arab countries are not real Muslims + all secular Arab constitutions + 99% of secular laws + evil nasty governments
In Islam does not distinguish between colors
There was a great companion is Bilal Habashi was a Companions of the Prophet Muhammad peace be upon him
Bilal al-Habashi was an African and was a 100% free Muslim and a good example of freedom
But discrimination based on good behavior and good speech = clean mouth + the validity of Islamic doctrine
For example, you can find African Muslims better than Arab Muslims
and you can find Arab Muslims better than African Muslims
and can find alot of Africans and Arabs who are Muslims just by name and in fact are not real Muslims = Fake muslims

Zen Tewag Yes Pray to Allah He is the true God his name is Jesus
Soo sad but i think its true

Respect always be on top .alhamdulilah
I always ask my self ,why do they pray 5 times a day yet they behave badly to the maid. We work like donkeys or machines in their homes they don't want to know as we are slaves. But God is seeing everything
