the reason the wave portal has layering issues is because it uses b1 and t1 at the same time, b1 for the back of the portal and t1 for the front. setting the portal to no touch should fix layering issues but you'll need a hidden touchable portal stacked with it
True it can be OP, but sometimes people abuse it.. I noticed at the beginning of 2.2 people were just using every trigger in one level trying to get a legendary rating(some) triggers when used good makes this level look good!!

It feels like the blocks are trying to be normal. but a glitch occurred during the process of spawning. Causing them to be pixelated. it feels like that.

Pixelate shaders is insane, really! It can make any background have those cool bright flares. If you use pixelate shaders at a high value (say, 50 X) and include a pixelated background or any background that has a lot of contrast, it makes a wild result. Even bigger with invert color and bg speed. It makes a whole world of possibilities! I used the pixelate shader on Nocaute and my recent level, Brainwave, it's cool.
Either way good job with this, that effect looks awesome! 😆

I changed my gd username from informalcup to Oxineu and changed my pass but accidentally added The (@) symbol in my password now I cannot refresh login, change pass, username, and, can't login anywhere else , practically meaning that I blocked me from myself. :-:
