Aleenta Resort & Spa Phuket | Deluxe Pool Villa Full Review

Hello everyone and welcome!
In this video, we are at the Aleenta Resort & Spa Phuket. This is an SLH property bookable through Hyatt. We stayed 5 nights and paid 84,000 points for our stay. That's 16,800 per night for this spacious villa.
This included breakfast, and an upgrade. Unfortunately, they did not upgrade us. We were told that the next level up did not allow children, and they did not offer us another villa that allowed kids. We did not fuss the little details as we felt the villa and private pool was what we wanted. It turned out that we loved it so much that we spent majority of our time at the villa and in the pool.
The resort had just opened after Thailand removed the sandbox quarantine. It's a lovely property, however, it was a little rough around the edges. If they bring the maintenance level up a bit more then this place will match the exclusivity it's branding.
Also note that this hotel is far north of down town Phuket, about 30 mins north of the airport.
If you want to be away from the crowds of downtown, and overcrowded chain hotels then this resort is for you. It's quiet and peaceful here with not much within walking distance. Overall it's our vibe as my husband truly enjoys solitude and relaxation with his family when he's on holiday.
