@@diannas2198 Yes! I'm 29 weeks today with my beautiful growing baby boy 💙 only big thing I did different that month was up my vitamin C (unintentionally). @@kayleighshultz7711 Glad to hear that! Congratulations! 🥳 I have been tracking my ovulation and taking all these tests and I got a positive ovulation on day 27! Then just 8 days later I got a positive pregnancy test! So it's been a challenge to calculate how many weeks I am 😬
@@diannas2198 I will also say my charts were showing I probably have some hypothyroid tendencies. Before ovulation, my Temps were routinely below 97.2, sometimes into the 96 range, my temp shift was low, below 97.8 always and took usually 3-4 days for them to get there. My chart looked like more of a hill than the nice sharp peaks I was supposed to be getting. So after so research I had a feeling my thyroid levels were low and did some research to figure out what could help with that. So, I would say do the research to interpret your chart first and then take the supplements that correlate with whatever interpretation you're finding. You're in a good place on this channel! Lots of great info!
Congrats!!!! That's so awesome! Yes for sure! Most people want to go back to when your last period was, which will be inaccurate. I started counting from ovulation plus 2 weeks which would be "normal" ovulation.

Hi there, I recently got diagnosed with anovulation cycles. Is there any way to encourage ovulation when your body is refusing to do so? I have been ttc for 9 months now and nothing. Thanks :)
I had a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Since then i had 4 periods. My cycle lenth was 32-35 days. 3 x periods on day 32 most recent one on day 39! This month i am cd 23 cant detect ovulation!
Im not entirely sure when I ovulated actually!! But I got pregnant! Maybe you ladies can help me figure it out, please? I took the OPK’s on cycle days 14,15 & 16 (my cycles are about every 27-29 days) and the OPK’s were all high each day. (Clear Blue digital). We BD on those 3 days. I had EWCM on all three days. This was the very first time my husband and I tried for a baby after 7 years of marriage too. So my question is, when did I actually ovulate?
I always feel ovulation pain.. and so I’m pretty sure I ovulated last month day 14. This month, I got a high LH peak today, day 18 and feel the ovulation pain. I had a bad stomach flu last week so I almost wonder if being quite sick can delay ovulation ever?9
I’m start ovulating around day 8-14 or 7-13 how do I change this and what could be a cause and you go into depth about early ovulation. Signs, treatment etc.
Quick question....I have just turned 50 and me and my partner are trying to be pregnant! Still menstruating normally , became pregnant in January to our surprise and miscarried. Have 2 boys from successful pregnancy in my lates 20s no issues getting pregnant at all! What are my chances now that I'm 50?😬....what can I do or take before my time runs out!🙏
I ovulate around day 20 and my hormones on day 3 are within normal. It's really bizarre. My estrogen is 28.06 my lh is 5.2 my fsh is 5.9. My amh is high 6.34. I assume I have pcos but I always ovulate and I don't have cysts that I know of. My testosterone is also low normal. My tsh is 1.6. I don't understand it. Everything seems good. My vitamin is low and I am working on getting that up now.
What does it mean if I had a positive OPK test and what seems to be all the ovulation symptoms (egg white CM, ovulation cramps…) but I don’t see the temperature rise in my BBT chart? Does it mean I didn’t ovulate?
Hi Fleur! Sorry I’ve been asking questions around Ultrasounds for a while now. I’ve read your blog and avoided the early US. But I wanted to ask if the doctor wants to confirm the heartbeat would you say the fetal doppler US for the heartbeat sound check where you dont see the baby on screen is “better” than the traditional abdominal ultrasound? I have the US remedies from Helios Pharmacy UK. I was wondering if one US technique is less dangerous than the other i.e doppler heart rate checking ultrasound where they dont see the images is better than abdominal US?. Please share.
I would be thankful if you can answer my question. I went to clinic & doctor said i'm ovulating. That day i'm 30 days late from my last period. She said my ovaries swollen due to ovulation process. She ask me to come again if my period is not coming in 2 days. But i didn't go. After 2 weeks, my period finally comes😂. Is it normal? A bit confused. I though i was pregnant.. hhhmmmmmm
This might seem like a stupid question but does having a miscarriage effect your ovulation? My periods have gone back to normal right after my miscarriage a couple of months ago but I noticed that I could possibly be ovulating a bit later in my cycle (1-3 days) I just started charting and doing ovulation tests during my “fertile days” and the LH seems to be rising very slow.
What it means if my follicles is tiny on day 14. I did an ultrasound VAS for the first time just to check. My periods are always normal but I know it doesn't means I ovulate too. I was trying to convince this month so I did VAS and this happened . I'm worried now.
I want to ask how many cycles I have and do you know my fertility window because I don't know how to count on the calendar, on MAY 21 I had mens and JUN 25 was the next. It's irregular or regular mens. Thank you
I’m on birth control. I messed it up at the beginning of the new pack a time or two. I’ve used it for 12 years. I ended up skipping my period during the placebo pills. Negative tests x10 Next cycle is due in about 12 days This hasn’t happened before Could I be pregnant?
Thank you for all your informative videos 🙏🏻 I have been testing since CD 13 and yesterday at CD 16 was the first day I saw an increase in the test line getting stronger. Yesterday evening I felt higher libido 🙈. This morning I had my ovulation pain and nausea. I tested my strips but it wasn’t positive but I thought I wanted to try clearblue digital (the pink one) and it showed a smiley face. Does this mean I am ovulating today CD 17 or that it is about to drop in the coming 24 h ? I’m so confused 🤔
Hi Ingefleur My estrogen (on day 10.. earliest I could make it..) was 45 pmol/L .. I don't have an LH peak until day 20.. maybe estrogen is the problem? Other tests okay at this point. Was prescribed femara (did not take last few periods) Are there any supplements I can take to regulate my hormones Thank you
So i have been off birthcontrol now since February. After 9+ years. I have a 28 day cycle doctor checked i believe all hormones and everything checks out in good range. I do have cysts on my ovaries but no other signs of pcos doctor hasnt diagnosed me with it but cysts =pcos right?? I get CM around day 14 to 16. Last month i had CM on day 15 AND 16. Does CM mean I am actually getting an egg? Meaning CM = egg or can you have this but no egg. I hope it means egg🙏🙏🤞🤞
Hi lovely, getting CM (cervical mucus) does not mean you've got an egg no, you need to confirm that with ovulation through temping/charting. It is a good fertile sign though :)
Could you do a video for mothers TTC while still nursing a toddler? I'm 15 months postpartum and still nursing. I got my cycle back at 14 months postpartum and don't plan to wean until I find out I'm pregnant again! But so ready for another baby!! 🥰
I’m ovulating really early.. as CD 9, my cycle is quite short 24-25 days. This makes me really sad and rises a lot of questions as if when we’re going to be ready to start trying we not going to be able to get pregnant. Would you recommend to go and check out what’s the reason for ovulating so early?
@@henrythecat3094 lucky enough I found out just few days later after posting my comment here that we’re pregnant, currently 15w and 1d. I got pregnant the next month after getting my 2nd Covid vaccine done. Good luck to all of you who are trying. 🥰
@@ievainkena8883 that's awesome!! ❤ I'm 41.. I feel my age is a big factor. Did you do anything different? Did you ovulate on CD 9 and got pregnant that cycle??
I will ovulated either the day after I end my period, 3 days after I end my period (the most common) or 7 days after I end my period. But no matter what day I ovulate, I can always count out 14 days from the day I ovulated and know the exact day I will start my next period. Ovulating and my period ALWAYS are exactly 14 days apart. I had my hormones tested and progesterone was excellent and my estrogen was on the low side of normal range. I used to drink soy milk every day no matter what. And got pregnant 7 times no problem. After my 7th pregnancy I was told I was allergic to soy, so I no longer consume soy of any kind. I have yet to be able to get pregnant since. Could it be a coincidence or did cutting out soy really effect my estrogen levels that much and I need to find another way to up my estrogen?
I usually ovulate on day 12-14 of my 28 day cycle. Now being put on clomid cd 3-7... it's cycle day 13 and my opk is still negative and absolutely no cm😑 what is going on?

Doppler is actually more risky than US.
@@FertilityHomeopath thanks so much Fleur! I appreciate this❤️
I would be thankful if you can answer my question.
Negative tests x10
Next cycle is due in about 12 days
This hasn’t happened before
Could I be pregnant?
Thank you for all your informative videos 🙏🏻
I have been testing since CD 13 and yesterday at CD 16 was the first day I saw an increase in the test line getting stronger.
Hi Ingefleur
My estrogen (on day 10.. earliest I could make it..) was 45 pmol/L ..
I don't have an LH peak until day 20.. maybe estrogen is the problem? Other tests okay at this point. Was prescribed femara (did not take last few periods)
Are there any supplements I can take to regulate my hormones
Thank you
So i have been off birthcontrol now since February.
Day 12 may be too early usually due to too much estrogen. . .
Hii mam, my ovulation time is over but my discharge is creamy white , this is why

Could you do a video for mothers TTC while still nursing a toddler? I'm 15 months postpartum and still nursing. I got my cycle back at 14 months postpartum and don't plan to wean until I find out I'm pregnant again! But so ready for another baby!! 🥰
wow same boat here! I think nursing is messing with my ovulation.
But is a kinda bilateral agreement.
I keep ovulating around day 9 and 10 dpo. It has been difficult to get pregnant again.

Hypothyroid and still ovulate early!
You can have estrogen dominance
I’m ovulating really early.. as CD 9, my cycle is quite short 24-25 days. This makes me really sad and rises a lot of questions as if when we’re going to be ready to start trying we not going to be able to get pregnant. Would you recommend to go and check out what’s the reason for ovulating so early?
Yes go! But do your own research first.I do ovulate early as well and haven't gotten pregnant. 😔
@@henrythecat3094 We weren’t actively trying but we felt ready and just did it that one time that month and we got pregnant that month.
@@ievainkena8883 congrats!!!❤when is meant to be.. so be it.
Does the ovulation time not depend on the length of the cycle?
Nope, the other way around :)
I usually ovulate on day 12-14 of my 28 day cycle. Now being put on clomid cd 3-7... it's cycle day 13 and my opk is still negative and absolutely no cm😑 what is going on?
