@@MANNYBASSFISHING Sweet thanks for letting me know I’m on the Tualatin over at Rood Bridge and out of about a dozen trips i’ve seen one person catch a native cutty and that’s it. Boat launch parking is underwater right now.
@@bradengreen2056 Braden try saving up for a kayak. When summer rolls around the smallie bite is amazing! just hard to bank fish off the tualatin river.
@@LANLANLAN12 Yeah I’m thinking about it, I’m pretty far from that area and the willamette is usually the same distance about 40 minutes away so I go over there.
Love your videos manny but I would disagree. I caught around 10 3lb smallies in the tualatin last summer. The problem with the tualatin is that there is not that many bank fishing spots. My theory is that all the big fish have learned over the years that those few bank fishing spots are not good places to hang out. Basically every spot on the bank is over fished. If you and your wife could maybe get kayaks you guys could catch some really nice fish. While canoeing with my friend by the bridge we saw a 10 lb largemouth swimming around.. the big ones are in there! Just have to have a watercraft to find them sadly.
Thank's for the support man!! You are totally right about that while I bank fish the same spots some kayak fisherman always tell me they catch some good Smallies and Largemouth bass . We are definitely getting some kayaks for the spring season, the Tualatin river is basically in our backyard .
Great spot. I hear the mouth of fanno creek is good shortly upriver from there too
Yeah there’s some good spots around there specially if your bank fishing
Try further down stream like around Hillsboro or Forest Grove.
I heard good things about those areas specifically kayaking, definitely going to check it out thanks for the info 🤙🏽
@@MANNYBASSFISHING anytime,I tried for coho when there were coho runs in the Tualatin had a few swimming but none biting.
I’m assuming this is recent? I didn’t know they were biting so actively.
Yes this was a week or so ago just before the heavy rain and wind rolled in.

Nice Manny. Too bad the average size isn’t bigger in the Tualatin. Always seems like lots of little ones for me.
Thank's 👍
Yeah people around here call the Tualatin Dink city, nothing but small bass .

@@MANNYBASSFISHING awesome manny, I hope to see you out there this coming spring/summer.
Nice. You should get a cheap yak and run the tualatin. You would slay them
You know I almost got a kayak about a month ago for the Tualatin but didn’t get it. Maybe even one of those stand up paddle boards will do the job 👍🏽
Nice
Thank's 🤙
Where is this Manny?
This is Tualatin community park and Brown's ferry park both in Tualatin,OR
