Thankfully the 1960s Govn didn't get their way. The Northern half of the bay was going to be industrial and petro chemicals. Murray's beach was going to be Australia's first nuclear power station.

tourist come here mostly to go on the cruises and miss our best beaches in this area most of people on these beaches are locals
