@@larrykang2586 There aren't many mid-size SUVs left. The only luxury mid-size that I can think of are the Lexus GX and LX, and Mercedes G wagon. Everything else is a car based cross over (including the BMW X series in the video).
I drive an 18 wheeler longhaul, which is a serious rollover hazard. Always look forward to driving my sedan and not worry about rolling over and leaving SUVs behind on curvy roads with very little effort.
Been on 600km non stop drive on Sedan. A similar drive even in a SUV was definitely more tiring. The SUV scores only if you are doing serious off-roading and the likes
I have avoided countless near collisions in my SUV because I can see far ahead . It depends which city youre in, if everyone around you has trucks and SUVs you won't see anything ahead of you in a sedan. When it comes to highway driving, racing, it's a major advantage seeing 10s of cars ahead of you in an SUV.
A a short person, I find that SUVs have taller seat height adjustment so i can see the hood clearly. Some sedans also have good visibility for short drivers but its mostly Asian cars. Rarely do I find European sedans/hatchbacks where I can see the hood clearly.
Sedan vs SUVSUV has only one advantage ie HIGHER GROUND CLEARANCE .That can handle the road bumps effectively. But high ground clearance makes it unstable as compared with Sedan. Sedan has the biggest advantage that its safer than SUV because of better balance due to LOW GROUND CLERANCE. Sedans are better in balance, low in body roll better in aerodynamics as compared with SUV. Sedans are better in mileage because of its aerodynamic body. SUV can perform better for off road driving. But Sedan is meant for city and highway driving. All SUV's rear row seats are not comfurtable enough in case of LONG DRAWING..3-5 hours non stop driving. Rear seat middle passager always feel uneasiness while seating on bumpy seat .. But Sedan rear are all time more comfurtable for rear sitting passengers. Sedan has better boot space and its always a better family vehicle than SUV. All SUVs in India are scam. No SUV is SUV unless it has 4 wheel drive mechanism. Chances of ovetrning at sharp turn at speed Sedan normally never losts balance whereas SUVs may easily overturn because of high body roll. SUV normally considered a choice of less matured people whereas because of Premium image sedans are considered choice of people who are sensible and matured enough.
I drive both cars and SUV's. Cars you can drive fast. SUV's you take your time because it's not a sport car and yes it's more prone to flip the fuck over.
To me, SUV stands for Surprisingly Underwhelming Vehicle. Whenever I am tailgated by an SUV, I just wait for a gentle curve, downshift, and leave the clumsy SUV WAAAAYYY back in the rear view mirror. The low center of gravity of a sporty sedan wins every 🤬time!
It's very funny, my 100HP Mazda 2 may be slow in a straight line but when a curve come by I just turn going over 90mph with little effort but an SUV with 3x the much power they can't even go 60mph into the corner that I took and the SUV drivers be shocked how fast I went though the corner like it was nothing. Like, no shit?
Sedans are also more aerodynamic and have you sit more like a recliner than a high chair. I prefer sedans and coups over SUV or pickup trucks. Sedans are just better and most consumers have lost their minds willing to pay more for what they don't need.
Bullshit, sedans can never be better than suv. They kill your back on long drives. And for the people with back pain, they can't even bend so low and sit in the car!
@devkhatri6444 sedans are actually better for the back because of the seating position takes pressure off the spine. Unlike trucks and SUVs where you sit more upright and put pressure in the spine.
I've been in a backseat of a 2011 camry, and I can't believe I'm saying this, but it is MUCH MORE COMFORTABLE than any luxury SUV I've ever been on
A sedan or the old fashioned station wagon or mini van is far better. Unsafe ugly expensive are all SUVs. Slow Ugly Vehicle.
"Slow", trackhawk laughing at your sorry a$$@@michaelhoff6327
No it isn't. Even a low trim Tahoe or Expedition is far more spacious and comfortable. SUV=/= crossover.
@@rich7447 yeah, that’s because they’re Full Sized SUV’s

Same here. When I hop in my Mustang it feels like a go kart. Much better handling. :)

Not to mention scraping the front of your sedan on every drive-up, drive in .
Which state are you in?
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
a state of confusion
I can always see ahead in my hatchback but then again I don't tailgate and cut off my sight lines.
I'm a sedan man iver tried the suv didn't like it turns is bad slower brakes slower too high not for me gas is most important
try the Alfa Romeo Stelvio, everything about the way it drives is car-like
SUV's don't necessarily have better vision from being higher up. Large SUV's are tall enough that you can't see small children in front of you.

Forever sedan and hatchback, the Suv are a plague... Plus Boring and boring design, driving, etc...
I agree. The SUV is the worst thing that has ever happened to vehicles.
Suv =tours and travels
Sedan= supreme luxury, elegance!

I grew up in sedans and coupes and honestly not everybody needs an SUV. It’s ridiculous many iced sedans are being killed off. Hate it

I dont care whether its an EV or ICE. I just want a sedan
i personally own an SUV & iv’e never had any problems. i personally got used to driving a bigger car.
LOL! You got used to having to slow down to 10MPH to make turns? OK! 😄

Best brands
ford,VW,Skoda,BMW,Toyota,Benz,Audi,honda,porsche & nissan
Sedan is the best, if you need more room get a hatchback, and if you have a large family get a wagon or minivan if you have a very large family
I love how you refer to sedans as the "car" as if suv or any truck was not a car 😅 btw, sedans are the best.
Suv's are not refferd as cars because of their chassis, trucks use body on frame chassis, and so do SUVs,hence they're called trucks‼️
Bullshit, sedans can never be better than suv. They kill your back on long drives. And for the people with back pain, they can't even bend so low and sit in the car!

The ONLY benefit of an SUV is ingress and egress is easier. Sitting and driving is far better in a sedan, or god forbid, a wagon
@@NoName-gv6nm thats wrong lol. Sitting upright is better for the back and not in a lying down position!
Approximately what percentage of this video's production involved a human being?
Probably the part that involves the basic research needed to feed the AI, and that's it. Oh, and someone had to type the research results too.
The BMW X3 is not an SUV it is a cross-over. This is car vs slightly lifted version of the same car.
