    I can’t wait for part
    Two. Just minutes prior to coming across this video I was being prayed over by the AWMI prayer line associate about struggles with insomnia. I slept with less bodily to no bodily symptoms and anxiety because of that prayer + your teachings . Than you and thanks be to my almighty Father.

    Oh no, I need to wait for a whole week. Well at least I have hope again.
    I exercise (walk the dog around 2 hours every day. I don’t drink, do coffee, drugs, eat late. No tv in bedroom. My work is also physical. I definitely have a chronic insomnia problem. The worst is; I know that I’m already healed. I see it as an attack to keep me from the full life God has for me.
    I have sleepless nights every week. If I do fall asleep, I wake up and then don’t fall asleep again.
    I don’t do melatonin, doesn’t help me at all, doesn’t matter what dosage I take.
    It’s all in my thinking; I need to sleep, because I am going to work tomorrow, etc. I’m afraid of not sleeping.
    My heart was pounding so much, but that has already left me, after speaking death over it. I get into a cycle though. I’ve had a big sleeping problem since I can remember. I know the end is near, the devil has already been defeated and I’m going to take what’s mine and that’s good sleep. Thank you for helping me.

      Keep confessing the Word throughout the day and address daytime anxious thoughts. We are going to get practical soon!

      @@Drkevinchapman thank you, yes and I have rest in this whole situation now. My life is His, and He only has best for me. I keep speaking the Word and thanking the Lord, but this time not in a cramp, but in joy and rest. Still looking forward to your next teaching though😁

    Excellent Dr. Kevin -- I tend to wake up during the night due to limbic system sensitivity so some nights I wear earplugs - any suggestions on how to wean myself from them over time? Or perhaps we can trade nervous systems oh parasympathetic one 🤓😉 ✝️🙏

      😂 By his stripes you were healed! With that said, we will get into some “how to” next episode but the cliff notes to your question is addressing DAYTIME anxiety about sleep and then eliminate these “safety signals” while standing on what the Word says about sleep. It’s coming soon!

      I agree and I’m full on living life doing exposures, so I think that’s why there may be a process going on with the limbic system settling down over time
