With how often she's made the promise to take care of herself this year (and for the past four years she's been at a job she hates), I doubt she'll be able to keep this one. *sigh* I can't wait to be celebrating Halloween on my own again, giving out candy to trick-or-treaters, watching Halloween movies, and lighting candles to send prayers for friends far away. Because I wasn't allowed near knifes (in that way at least) was to get out all the pumpkin guts when we made jack-o'-lanterns as kids and teen, and I always thought it was fun. My favorite part is how Remus just goes right in there and grab the pumpkin guts like nobody's business and Sirius screams in horror like I do when I am close to any kind of stinging insect (other the bees) because the gave me the heebie-jeebies. Love both jack-o'-lanterns they are terrificool.
