It's crazy honestly, this man just might be the most potent Buster support
He provides Buster Up, Crit Up, ATK Up, and now NP Strength Up, on top of giving them survivability. He's in a better place now.

....except it's on his NP, meaning he needs a starting charge CE for that. It's very impractical if you want to maximize its offerings since you have to sack a CE or two to enable him.

​@@reishiki8682is that even an issue? 50% CEs are everywhere, he has good NP gains and taunt to start the engine. I mean using an NP for a support to get those powerful buffs isn't even a bad thing, by that logic of yours, Reines and Skadi are also bad cause they need to NP.
If going for bond farming then that's a small price to pay (then again, why would you use Konstatinos for regular faming) but for challenging content, this is where he shines.

​​@@astridparungao4971...and there are other supports you can field that isn't too demanding and still offers the same result, if not outright better. If you needed a party-wide steroid to begin with then you're running a multi-core setup, since support NP's don't benefit from him at all outside of the obligatory invul buff & generic atk & crit dmg up.... in which case you'd rather just use Aesc in the first place so you're not having to waste a CE slot just to enable a party-wide buff that's tied to an NP. That's the main reason why Shinsengumi's Keisuke is such a trash Servant, since his support is on the NP, affects an extremely small niche and isn't impactful enough to warrant usage.
Edit : Also your rebuttal is flawed, for once you don't need to constantly NP with either of those two, they're there for the emergency button, not because you "have to use them to enable your carry".

I do want to see more DPS oriented buffs for him. He himself actually hits hard and can contend with the likes of QSH and Holmes as a special crit DPS.
I did wished his NP also gave a rainbow card buff, since his NP (and sword) actually emits rainbow energies, mostly seen in the Traum cutscene.

You don't want your support to suck up your critstara though unless you're bombing them over the 40's. He's just okay but as a support to a carry without star absorb he'll be a liability with his class having higher star weight.

@@reishiki8682 It doesn't really matter in his case because most of those damage buffs will be for Buster np damage. I mean he already has 30 stars in his skillset alone so normally you're gonna send him off using Chen gong

That is 50-70 Buster up (depending on NP level) + 20% attack + 20-40% (depending on OC) for the whole party. That's a lot.
