What about wash down effects against Indigo??..... How many sheet dyg company has implemented this Sulfur dyg system??

In your system the yarn is getting enter in first bath of Sulfur.... Then how the colour build up will take place, also the level of dye box us very high which is impossible for shade control in continous process, also the oxidation is very fast a d reverse reaction and depend pH sensitive.... Will result in tone variation of Sulfur... So how this can control??
