I locked both rear diffs on my p602, and it performs so much better off road. Rocks, ruts, steep hills, no problem. The axles have a rubber plugged access hole where you can screw in the supplied threaded rod into the diff to lock it. Not all p602's have that feature supposedly.
This is a great looking truck with many details. But somehow I miss a diff-lock. Maybe they'll do this option with the next upgrade. Thanks for showing.
The diffs can be locked pretty easily- there is an access hole on the diff cover that an included bolt/screw can be inserted to lock it up. Major improvement in off-road ability!
Great video and great looking truck! HG has an interesting range of products. The p402 and 601 crawlers are decent budget rigs for the money but not exactly high quality out of the box. Same with the Tamiya bruiser clone. But these high scale rigs seem to be on a totally different level of quality and engineering. Really impressive.

Definitely more for looking at than performing
