If you use VPN mate you can change Netflix to England and Benidorm is on there
cant use obs or anything on netflix im pretty sure
You're a good lad reggie 👊😎
came to say this 🙌🏽
@@Deekm69true but you get ads there he might not want that
@@alexking148these aren't live vids he can jus edit the ads out as im sure he probs already does
The character from No Country for Old Men was Anton Chigurh, the craziest psycho in any film. What a film. 👍
I didn’t realise how much humour was maybe lost in Benidorm if you aren’t British, there’s quite a few references that you wouldn’t get if you weren’t alive in the UK at the time
I still have no idea why they blamed the hotel for any of it. Mateo tried to get them not to get in the car and it was Janice and Madge who brought him to the solana
Movie is 'No country for old men'
"IF its up there I'll give you the money myself" is a catchphrase from a 90s uk gameshow. It basically means the awnser was VERY unlikely to be up on the board
Family Fortunes, the UK version of Family Feud
That family fortunes quote from the doc is priceless
Had me laughing for ages haha
Fun fact, I stayed at the hotel the show was filmed at last year with my wife, the hotel is called Sol Pelicanos Ocas and the hotel is every bit as British as it is in the show 🤣 just like everything in Benidorm
I’ve always thought about going, is the bar in the pool as the series shows or was that strictly just for the programme?
@@ABK_- yeah there’s a pool bar, in fact there’s loads of bars 🤣 I’ll be honest though it’s not the best hotel in the world
@@matttweed8961I think that’s the point. It’s meant to be a dive lol. But a funny one.
@@Landie_Man I’m just talking about the real life hotel :) if what you want is the atmosphere from the show then it’s there for sure! I was just reinforcing that the show is a shockingly realistic representation of what Benidorm actually is 🤣 I love the place
@@matttweed8961 ha. I’ve never been.
"Wouldn't ya not wanna charge in there unless you had a gun too?".. was the most American thing you've said on this channel 😂
I'm telling you, as much as Mel is an ass, he IS the best character in the entire series lol
When the character Kenneth arrives, you will love him❤
When Johnny asks where the middle of the clock is he’s actually correct. One thing moves and TV often get wrong is how the clock face is used in tactical situations. Usually you would designate where the middle of the clock is rather than you being the in the middle. So rather than 6 o’clock being behind you, it would actually be between you and the middle of the clock (assuming you placed the clock directly in front you you.
you didn't watch the very end, where Janice's stalker is banging on the boot trying to get out whilst shouting 'JANICCEEEE'
No country for old men 👍🇬🇧🇺🇸 class film.
I think the Janice/young lad storyline is meant to represent the two groups who frequent Benidorm- older ladies vs young men on stag dos.😂
You missed a saying for your book when Madge said; 'I've got a throat like a nuns crotch!' I've seen this episode a few times and I only heard it this time.
That has to be the best saying I’ve heard all year, at 43:13,
Nice one Madge,
🤣👍🏼
This is spooky, I only watch that movie for the third time last night.
Hi Brian, got another Harry Enfield sketch for you: Saucy old ladies and the gas man starring Harry Enfield and Kathy Burke. The last line of the sketch was British Gas’ advertising slogan at the time and is a classic double entendre. Hope you enjoy watching it young man!!😅
he said he wanted to add something to their excess baggage to smuggle drugs for him
Netflix had benidorm don't know if it still does if your looking for good quality
Still has it. Everything except the last season.
Yes!!! No Country for Old Men! The one and only Anton Chigrh! I paused this absolutely sublime movie at one point, to add up how many people had actually died so far? Think it was well into double figures! Including the shootout in the desert, the dead dogs, too! I love the works of the Coen brothers. They let a story tell itself at its own pace, how great stories should be. Greatest and weirdest hitman of all time? Can't think of any better. And to use a coin to decide someones fate? Sick, Moe foe, Sick! Loved it!
The story isn't by the Coens, it's by Cormac Mccarthy. The Coens pretty much copied the original word for word.
The episode we were waitiing for lol!
I went to Benidorm in the 1970s on a 'lads' holiday ......and I'm sure that mountain was were a nightclub was ..... overlooking the town (which was a lot smaller in those days !)
Anyone know how to get in touch? I've been trying for months, leaving comments under videos of Fr Ted reactions, trying to get them to watch the documentary after they react to the final episode. Its so good and they get to meet the characters in real life. Id appreciate it so much if ppl could like this and hopefully it gets King & Queens attention
You forgot about Jack locked in the trunk of the car 😁
The 'clock joke' was brilliant! 🙂
A few English film to watch, if you haven't already seen them
• The life of Brian
• Lockstock and two smoking barrels
• Saving grace
Loving the channel guys ❤
Has anyone suggested Not Going Out, with Lee Mack? The blind drawing competition had me blind with laughter! Give it a go, KB and QB????
I've not tried NGO but I did catch the pointless episode and that one had me rolling 😂
Javier Bardem no country for old men i have a copy
I know this is a long way off but if you visit Ireland are you going to see the fr ted house
Loving the reactions, incidentally, Welsh-born Composer Mark Thomas who died recently (16/07/23) is credited amongst other things with the Benidorm Theme Tune.
Jesus christ, that "Javier Bardem No country for old men" scene got me. Oh lord. Please help me😂😂😂😂😂 One of my absolute favourite movies.
Greetings from Finland.
P.S.
For Spaniards, French, GERMANS, Italians etc...we don't dub movies up here. We can read. So at the same time we learn languages and actually know Schwarzenegger's voice.
Love ya❤
I'm with you on this one Boomer. Just wasn't Benidorm. Season 2 was definitely my fav. The next few are still worth a watch, but I started losing interest around season 5.
I agree, I think it started to lose it when sadly a few of the elder actors passed away. It wasn't the same without those characters.
It's a shame when the characters become stupider and when character Tiger and his friend appear, made my teeth itch.
@anitahargreaves9526 agreed. Should of kept them to half hour episodes so they didn't run out of ideas.
Funny you say the quality of this one isn't good but i think its better than usual bro so whatever you did it worked 👍🏻 love as always 🇬🇧
The film you are referring to is No Country for Small Men and Javier Bardem played the psycho, it was such an awfully violent movie that I had to watch it twice 😁
*old men 😅
With big hands?
Mel saves the day dressed in a vest like Bruce Willis from die hard 😂
Gutted you missed the "doctors think you might have percussion" 😅
Oh i been waiting for this lmfao
Love benidorm. Don't know if you've seen Johnny Vegas in murder on the Blackpool express, death on the Tyne and dial m for Middlesbrough. They are so funny.
I know madge and mel are easy to dislike but i absolutely love the characters 😂
Mel doing his best Bruce Willis impression. 😂
He is trying to use Janice and Madge as Drug mules
Flippin' love Sheridan Smith, she is an actress from the northern comedy "Two Pints of Lager and a packet of crisps" and "The Royle Family" another cracking comedy series. She is a new character to series 3, helps that she is proper fit too.
one of my favourite episodes - the first 3 seasons are brilliant, goes downhill after series 3
Goes downhill very fast.....
You missed out the post credits scene
No country for old men Anton Chigurh
"It's ok he just fainted" 3 seconds later (Did he shoot him...?). It's usually the woman who gets baby brain...
Its not a series that wows you. Its Just fun..
Chunks of scenes were skipped here. May have been the episodes from youtube u watched. The hospital scene with geoff had a longer funnier scene.
Watch the intro for the first episode of next season as it is different.
Benidorm gets a lot better!
My wife has just landed in Benidorm with some friends to see if it really is like this. I refused to go just in case it was.
Don't remember his name in the film but it was No Country For Old Men..the end made me cry..anyway back to benidorm..yes new characters next season..you'll enjoy them too..Love Mel doing his vest Bruce Willis impression 🤣🤣..saying where a monkey sticks his nuts is a well known saying over here🇬🇧..there were a few funnies you missed but thats the references to tv shows and on the roof Madge saying she's got a mouth like a nuns crotch🙊..great reaction although at the end of the credits you miss the love struck kid shouting for help from the boot of the car..I'm sure Lesley starts next season with her son Kenneth who you'll love..very British humour🇬🇧💞✝️🙏🤣🤣👍👏🌴🇺🇸
I'VE SEEN "THE RAT" IN A SPANISH FILM AWHILE BACK👍👍👍👍👍
Am i the only one wondering what happens to the young man who is still locked in the boot of his car?
He survives he’s in the later seasons
YOU'D LOVE GREG DAVIES IN "THE CLEANER" AUNT NESTA IS IN AN EOISODE!!!!👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
The next series is great 👍🏼
Anton Chigurh from No Country For Old Men.
Surprised he didn't ask them to flip a coin.
This episode almost gave me a asthma attack when i first watched it
No country for old men
No Country for Old Men, Tommy Lee Jones, Javier Bardem, Josh Brolin, Woody Harrelson...Great Movie.
Im relieved you didn't think No Country For Old Men is a comedy 😂
Yea there's new people comming in
He said he was putting something in their luggage.
Steve Pemberton is creator, writer and stars in "" LEAGUE OF GENTLEMEN" SERIES, " NO. 9" SERIES, AND GREAT IN "WHITECHAPEL" AS RIPPER SPECIALIST. THAT'S AN EXCELLENT SERIES!👍👍👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍😍👍👍👍👍😍😍😍😍😍
I realized in a split second... "No Country for Old Men". His character was a mass murderer. omg! hahahahaha
Not those nuts King"!!!
The first season is more mainstream interms of storylines whereas onwards it’s slightly unbelievable what happens to the characters and their conflicts, but it’s an entertaining time watching it all unfold.
Mel more like Bruce fucking Willis and Gavin woop ya tell em big en, go on ya good thing! Legends
20:20 😂
The film is No Country for old men its class
Why is your inset screen wide?
U look like a youg rolf Harris with that beard 😂😂😂
Does anyone else think it's darkly ironic that Madge called Donald "Fred West"?
How’s it ironic?
@@Shell2164obviously because West was far more perverted and disgusting compared to Donald
I dont get it whos fred west ?
@@wetalknonsense6036British serial killer. So I'm confused as well tbh 😅
@@nilachekov6881 my point is that Donald's perverted depravity is nothing compared to him
Bring on season 3!
Great movie
Yes King Boomer, we got the Movie reference 🤓
There are scenes missing Boomer
Yep , great film (movie) did she live or die though ?
Yeah, I hate what they did to Martin and Kate in this episode. They should have let them actually have kids and written them off with a happy ending. Martin comes back after this on his own, but was never as good from that point. Plus, you could easily replace him in those storylines with a new character and it wouldn't have made a difference.
Was the spoiler really necessary?
43:45 Oh boomer... The sayings we could teach you!!
Mate i’ve been waiting for this episode for too long now 🤣 i eat my dinner everyday while watching one of your videos 👍🏻👌🏻 queen boomer needs to watch an episode before it turns rubbish 🤞🏻💪🏻🤙🏻❤️🇬🇧
No Country for Old Men
JAVIER BARDEM IS FANTASTIC AS SPANISH PIRATE HUNTER "Captain Salazar in "PIRATES OF CARIBBEAN-DEAD MEN TELL NO TALES" HE'S EXCELLENT!!👍👍👍😍😍😍👍👍👍😎😎😎
Stay clear from the water
What movie??? 😂😭
5 seconds into watching a video... Pause 😂 dude
what about the lad in the trunk?
Javier Bardem was nominated for Oscar as lead in Cuban film. With Johnny Depp in two parts, no credits!!! First film he recognized for😍😍😍😍😍
The longer the series goes on the more unrealistic the plot gets.
@@lordcharfield4529 No, absolutely but it starts to take the piss.
Don’t know what film you are on about but isn’t that the hound?
Ted Lasso next please
You keep saying about alot of episodes of shows becoming more and more unbelievable 😅 They are comedy shows and not Soap Operas 😂
I know the character but not the movie name
The actor Geoffrey Huchings who played Mel Harvey actually died after filming the next episodes, and the scriptwriters had to rework the next season without him. He was a great stage and screen actor, including Shakespeare’s Henry V, as wall as a comic actor.
Dude haven't you got Netflix ? . Benidorm is on there and its obviously better quality than the ones you watch on YT.
No Country for Old Muppets, it’s an ok flick.
Evolution 😆
Every traditional Brit comedy does a special where the characters go abroad. They're never the best episodes, because all the screen time and energy goes into setting the scene of where they are. Benidorm does that every episode, especially the early ones with Sticky Vicky etc. It's part of the vibe and it works for the series. This special got flattened by NOT doing that, the episode could have been based in Britain and it would have been the same.
