I tried it on EID'S first day and trust me it was best. I just made a little ammendment and that was added just one table of spoon qormo masala just to be on safe side. But it was awesome.
You added the chicken without frying in the oil first. If added this way (raw/without frying) not just it tastes bad (as it leaves a bad aroma/smell) but its meat also tends too early to leave its bones as it goes tender too fast. And it amazed me when I read your instructions to cook it for about 20 to 25 minutes. Watching the recipe makes me believe that the comments are not real. I don't think chicken should be cooked without frying for such dishes (like korma) and if cooked, it wouldn't taste good.

Also if you do not like very spicy food, put less red chilli and add daigi red chilli which has good colour and is not spicy. That is what i did the 2nd time and it turned out good.
