Happy birthday! P.S. The sword form the latest event would've been pretty interesting for a DPS Layla since it increases Normal and Charge Attacks by 40% and gives them 16% Crit Rate if you have a shield.
her burst does scales off of Hp, i think to a max of 9% at lv13? Her E skill and the shooting stars is actually from Atk but the % are low (20 something at 13) her passive does give an additive damage to the shooting stars from her hp. C6 does give that 40% extra at base for ES and burst, but doesnt show on the stats.
