Luke hit the nail on the head: 'playing all the time, it becomes a blur, and you lose enjoyment for the game.' Personally, I think with all the tournaments, coverage, Premier league especially, darts has become quite sterile. It has become saturated with constant churning out of new events.. I used to get a buzz for watching a tournament when it was covered, after a couple of months off. 10 and 11 darters were talked about the next day. The tournament would be savoured and really meant something for the next month or two. Now it's just a case of move on to next week.. and unless it's a 9 darter, it's nothing. Darts is still preferable to top flight football, but, as with football, I hope the coverage and professionalism (trying to achieve perfection) doesnt make the game stale in the same way it did to football.
Many more years with you 2 throwing for us here in England and you'll be bringing the trophy home every time, great team, dont stop believing you can win it again and again 👍 well done chaps you really deserved it
@@aethelstanabromowicz1981 truth but do you remember what darts he played with? I doubt he does. And have you seen him play with every set RD has put his name on. I sure haven't.
Love these fellas. With Asp and Littler, England have a core of great players and great blokes. They do the country proud.
Luke is fast becoming the messi of darts , when he’s on form his peak is currently the highest on tour
Didn't you mean the Ronaldo
ronaldo is luke humphries and Messi is Phil The Power Taylor 😇🤙🏻

Messi is the humphries of soccer you mean
This is above Jude's overhead kick. 😍
Only trophy coming home anyway. Joking aside hope the football team lift their game and get there too!

Two great players 🇦🇺 well deserved congratulations 🎉
Coming from an Irish man, these are two really decent English lads😂😂

Both were unreal today bully boy hasn’t been the greatest this year upped his game major.
This partnership is legendary and I’m hoping they partner up in the next World Cup
Unlikely

Say what you want about wrightys form in the past 18 months but Bully Boy still can’t scratch the itch of being schooled by him in the world final
What happened after though if Wright was in the 2023 world final I he would have got smoked mate so shush

peter wright is old now, Smith is young.
Perhaps he had the wrong hair colour that day

World Cup winners and not a flicker of personality between them. Thank christ Luke Littler will be half of the team next time.
It doesn't matter what they averaged? which position did Wright get in comparison?? oh wait didn't the boys put pay to them in previous round??😂😂
Well done guys, totally nailed it all the way through!!
