Ingredients:
Vanilla Sponge cake
Egg - 8
sugar - 2 cup
Flour - 3 cup
Baking powder - 2 tsp
milk - 1/4 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
salt - 1/4 tsp
Bake the cake in a 6 inch cake tin.
Jelly Recipe
plain gelatine powder - 20g
Cold water - 100ml
Sugar -75g
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Hot water - 200ml
Blue food colour
Cake moss recipe
Egg - 1
Sugar - 1 tbsp
Honey - 1 tbsp
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Flour - 1 tbsp
Green food colour
Microwave for about 1 minute in high power.
Crushed cookies is used as sand.
Chocolate ganache - 300g
Measuring cup is 200ml.

One question i have doesn't the jelly melt!! Whats the temperature to transport?? And how long can we keep it out?? As now its very hot.. nearly 33 to 35 °
