Great to see the r/h drive set-up. We need these down under. It’s the reason we can’t have Californias here in Australia. The door opens on the wrong side (not legal).
Great conversion and interesting video series. I am picking up my ex BG van next Tuesday to start my conversion. I was wondering if you could help me out with a few dimensions from your build 1) distance from the wheel arch to the front of the kitchen unit; 2) distance from the wheel arch to the front of the bed (in seating mode & 3) the length of the bed. Thanks.
Hi, we used some lining paper (held it in place and traced around roughly where we wanted the panel) we then went slightly bigger all the way around and used that as our template. Cut the plywood out and then slowly trimmed off / sanded it down until we were happy with the fit. This did take at least 45mins per panel but much better than just going for it and cutting too small. I could measure them up for you and send the sizes if you like? In terms of fixing we just fitted some modesty blocks into the pillars of the van and then fitted the panels to them, 2 tiny screws in each panel 👍🏼
loved the rear window blinds, very neat and the fit of the cupboard doors in the plywood, nice work!
Thank you so much 😁

very nice. one rule it has to have an ikea spice rack to be a job. #teamblue
Looks like a stealth camp at IKEA is in order then 😂💙💙
Nice build but would have like to see a dump vent near the gas cylinder.
I do have one 👍🏼😁 it was one of the jobs that I didn’t do myself, completely forgot to mention it in the video 😅😅
