You are not just a good guitarist you are a good teacher. Thank you so much
You are welcome. Thank you
You know very well how to teach, thank you. Good bless you. I hope you gave us more tutorials
This particular tutorial is among the best because most of us African guitar players tend to play or speak too fast when teaching this very complex and different guitar picking style online. The instructor is slow, patient and breaks it down to detail. The next thing would be of course adding tabs and chord / scale work...that can contribute making our African music more accessible . Just like how one can easily pick up jazz, latin, etc... from tutors from other genres and cultures. Playing well and teaching clearly are two very different skills. That is why gifted footballers Pele and Diego Maradona did not coach whereas Zinedine Zidane is amazing, in both crafts.
Kwa Simu Toka London- Na Freddy Macha ahaaa bro. You just made my night. I have tabs on the description. Tge whole point is to make the tutorial as easy and practical as possible.

i pray to be serious and learn from you to glorify praise in Church!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
This is encouraging. I used to play in church. Different techniques will come in handy for you. Just be weary of inserting secular music riffs in church. it used to happen so often
thanks man your the best african music teacher.Asante

Very well done instruction. It remains a classic and that lead riff was as original as one could get. It gave that song its character.

Hi wooden strings. Happy new year to you. My name is John Karago. I have been FOLLOWING YOUR VIDEOS ON UA-cam. And they are quite informational and rich in instructions. I'm based in Dar es salaam at the moment. A guitar beginner at this point in time. Could you advice ME on how YOU can possibly assist me to improve my playing levels. My deepest yearn right now is to take off to the intermediate level this year 2018. I will be waiting to hear from you soon. Thanks in advance & big ups.

How about Nakei nairobi by mbilia beli?
And mokolo nakokufa by faya tess?
Will upload the cover. Tutorial loading
Asante sana kaka
Karibu bro
Please can do Shauri yako
I think i know which one it is, but mind confirming shauri yako by who?
Nice tutorial,
The intro was just playing about playing octaves
do - Do
sol - Sol
la - La
fa - Fa
re - mi
The solfas of the interlude was
S S m d l f
f-s l s f d s-t
f-m r m d
Then again
soh Soh mi do to la fa
Do fa la so mi do so ti
f-m r m d
I like how technical you are about music. But the concept is solid. You can even play the octaves on different strings if your fingures are flexible enough or if you are just looking for a different tone
sorry it is stella
ikiwa waenda nyumbani mama kamwambie Stella nimefungwa jela.
Will upload the cover this week
