Hi jodie just found you I'm a size 22/24 love your videos just joined yr UA-cam Instagram and Tik tok. also I mentioned on yr instagram have you heard of Lipodema it causes fat in legs and knees and is very painful. I have it and it can't be lost through diet of excessive 11% of woman have it and are missing diagnosed as obese. it's predominantly in tummy bum legs and arms. also do yiu do family life vlogs would love to see them and home cooking and life videos of day to day struggles.

I find it really helpful to stay focused as I know I'm getting weighted every Monday. Darling I think you need to take it slow and start with abit of self care like going and getting your hair done, maybe going for a swim, anything really that will make you feel good about yourself. I think it's all about timing and being mentally strong. Make some changes to being with, like maybe lowering your sugar intake, and then you can slowly do something else that will help you towards your weight loss journey.
