Food is I think the best part of the culture and I think as I have researched and tried most foods , Indian food is what suitable in taste , health and like they have thousand of cuisines for different different foods and thousand of ways how vegetables can be cooked to taste even better than meat. So being veggie in India is lot more easier than in ph or other countries like US or UK. Trust me the taste is just no one can ever forget, especially the puri and kheer or any recommended cuisine or biryani veg or non veg or chicken tikka masala or anything you want. Another thing is Indians never eats rice without anything making it sloppy like curry for example in ph , people can eat rice and fried chicken or rice and noodles or sotahangon etc but in India serving rice without any curry is termed as bad cuisine as it doesnt feel good for throat so they cook pulses and mix with rice and then any vegetables with it , which makes there plate complete of carbs, proteins that you get from meat and fats in veggies only. I myself find it difficult eating filipino cuisine because it was more dry or almost soupy with non veg. I find Indian , Italian and korean cuisine more comfortable to eat.
