TBOI: Fiend Folio Reheated full bestiary (read desc)

Note:
Any missing/? entries are either entities that have not been put into the game yet or are entries that aren't working correctly (for example: You've slain a monster but it doesn't appear in the bestiary for some reason)

NOTICE: this is an outdated vid, they've since added a couple more enemies and plan to add more. (I also figured out that the bugged spots around 5:10, 4 of them are likely luncheon eggs but since they can't be killed they don't get listed (even with chaos card), and another is cacamancers ball (which shouldn't be there to begin with)

I only have 7 enemies left to open. Two of them (Scoop and Sundae) cannot be unlocked, and another (Chorus) I could only unlock through the console
