Aww I'm sorry. I understand. I literally went through the same issue with the unit ella. When I received this color, I was really thrown off. These units are NOT matching the stock card. This cream soda was definitely darker. This needs to stop. Very misleading.

Like it's not bright like a 613, but if blonde had a "nude tone" this would be that. I hope that makes sense lol. It's not extremely ashy like a sandy blonde in my opinion, and it does not look like the stock card either smh. Its darker.

Hi! For the most part the colors are true to color unless im saying its not picking up, but ill correct it to make sure the colors actually show on camera, the same way in person. I get what you're saying and I hate when the same wig looks completely different. This is the true color, just hard to describe because its not a true ash blonde and nowhere near 613. It does look different on the stock card as well, but still pretty in person if you're considering this color. I could probably insert outside clips next time.
