I normally let my wife lead when we’re riding. She’s usually on the Scooter or her eBike. It’s a lot easier for me to pace her than for her to keep up with the EUC. On road/shoulders I’ll stay behind her because I have better lighting for braking etc. Nice to see couples riding together. 👍
I take it nobody gave you any trouble for riding your EUC in the park? I read their policy and its dumb. "No scooters, hoverboards, segways, etc" but e-bikes are ok? That makes no sense. I guess an EUC is neither of those items, lol. Now i need to go ride there. Looks fun!
@SAVY_JAX ... I had read their policy too, and figured they wouldn't let me ride there, so I called before I went and asked about it. I talked to someone named Christy, and told her that my wife had an eBike and I had an electric unicycle and asked if we could ride there. She said yes, so I mentioned the policy about no scooters/segways/hoverboards/etc...and asked if she was sure, and did she know what an EUC was. She said yes and actually described to me what an EUC was, and said it was allowed and we could ride there. It is a little sketchy riding there, since the trails are narrow and barely have enough room for 2 bikes to pass each other, with alot of blind curves, and alot of bikes going way too fast down the trails. If you ride there, it's best if you ride the trails in a clock-wise direction since all the bikers seem to go that way, because there's more downhill coasting in that direction. I'm not sure if you saw the "crash video" I posted from there, but that's kinda how it was. We passed quite a few bikers coming around the curves on our side of the trail.

I agree, but after the near collision, she wanted me to stay in front to be the crash dummy. ;) lol

@, thanks for taking the time to write all that. You really did your homework on it. That’s rare these days. Sounds fun!
